Coach Peters played high school lacrosse at CLarence, coached by Doug Kohler. She continued her career through to play collegiate lacrosse. Coach Peters coached at McDowell High school during her time in Pennsylvania, and then came back to WNY to coach at East Aurora for 3 years. Peters is the current Varsity coach of Williamsville East while also a head coach at Empress Lacrosse for the past 8 years.
Coach Canday currently coaches high School lacrosse at Clarence lacrosse at Clarence. She is also a youth coach for Clarence Youth Lacrosse.
Coach Vandenburgh is the current head coach at Clarence High School.
Coach Jane is the current head coach at Sweet Home
Coach Keegan has been involved with lacrosse since 2007, playing through high school, college, and now coaching since 2019. In 2021 he became the Varsity Assistant at Sweet Home High School
Coach Kohler has been involved in WNY women's lacrosse since its inception in 1993. As head coach of the Clarence Red Devils, he led the team to five straight sectional titles and an appearance in the NYSPHAA semifinals. In 1998, he was hired as the first head coach of the Division I Canisius College women's lacrosse program. After five years at the helm of the Golden Griffins, Doug returned to Clarence High School, earning Coach of the Year honors in 2009. Since 2020, he's been working with the Williamsville East Flames women's lacrosse team as their goalie coach. He's also coached internationally. In 2013, he introduced lacrosse to young players in Morocco. In that same year, he was on the staff of the Women's World Cup held in Oshawa, Ontario. In 2019, he was inducted into the WNY Lacrosse Hall of Fame.
